The undoubted leader on the market of autoclaved aerated concrete production occurred in 2009 – it is OOO “UDK” Company. The appearance of it was marked with the cooperation of local and Turkish investors. Businessman Vadim Yermolaiev initiated construction on the part of the Ukrainian business.
The second quarter of 2017 became for the OOO “UDK” a landmark. During this period, all production machinery was modernized, which allowed achieving even better results in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete. Now its strength has reached 45 kg / cm2 with a density of D400 kg / m3.
At the moment the “UDK” company works with modern production machinery “Masa AG” - the manufacturer of equipment, which is an established leader in its field.
During the process of technology improving, it also became possible to significantly reduce costs associated with the energy consumption of the production department complex by more than three times.
Modernization led to a number of changes for the better: thanks to the improvement of the material properties, it became possible to reduce the thickness of the outer walls. This, in turn, was followed by a decrease in the total cost of construction. With due account for the fact that the service life of outer walls of autoclaved concrete (according to DSTU B V.2.6-195:2013) is 100 years, the funds invested in modernization will not turn hollow.
Being the leader on the market of the autoclave concrete production, the “UDK” company provides developers with premium materials only.
“It makes the future dwelling more comfortable, and the use of natural-appearing materials in the manufacture of concrete blocks is also safe”, - comments Vadim Yermolaiev, the investor from the Ukrainian side.
It is important to note that during production, the use of natural energy resources is reduced to a minimum, and all toxic wastes are disposed of environmentally and atmospheric sound. This is one of the main features of corporate citizen.
Besides, with the assistance of Vadim Yermolaiev, to motivate young specialists, the “UDK” company sponsored a scholarship program. Students of the Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology could apply for participation and receive financial support for academic excellence.
